This chart shows the date for referrals in each month. Since JTT re-opened after Covid we have been able to offer increasingly quicker support and are now able to offer low intensity support for people without a waiting list, hence the shorter waiting times.

The person waiting longest for treatment was referred in July 2019. They have already had an initial assessment session and are now waiting for a treatment session.
Six clients have been waiting since May-July 2019 due to a delay of treatment at their own request. For example, not feeling ready to start their sessions, engaging with another service or specific preferences around the delivery of their sessions.

Service closed completely for 101 days from 20 March 2020 re-opening remotely to active clients only on 29 June 2020.
Service closed to new assessments for 125 days from 20 March 2020 re-starting assessments on 23 July 2020.
