Please kindly provide the minutes (redacted as appropriate under the FOI Law) of all meetings of the States Employment Board between Monday 26 October and Wednesday 11 November.

The minutes are not yet complete so we cannot provide a response to this question as we do not hold the information. We are applying Article 10. It is anticipated that they will be complete and approved at a meeting which will be scheduled in the new year.

Article 10 - Obligation of scheduled public authority to confirm or deny holding information
(1) Subject to paragraph (2), if –
(a) a person makes a request for information to a scheduled public authority; and
(b) the authority does not hold the information,
it must inform the applicant accordingly.
