How many breaches of Jersey’s international sanctions legislation, or potential breaches, have been reported by banks/financial services companies to the Chief Minister as per the various sanctions regulations.
Can these be broken down by year over the past five years?
Can these be broken down by country, ie Ukraine, Iran?
Can the States disclose what the nature of these breaches were and the nature and/or identity of the companies reporting the breaches?
Can the States outline what action was subsequently taken by the Chief Minister and/or the legal, financial and law enforcement authorities in the island?

No confirmed sanctions breaches have been reported to the Chief Minister’s Department over the period requested.
No potential target matches have been reported over the period requested where further investigations and escalation procedures have not confirmed the position either way.
