The complete meeting minutes from the Scientific, Technical and Advisory Cell (STAC) from July to last Monday's meeting. Minutes covering policy under development are also specifically requested.

Further sets of minutes will be published in due course and as appropriate, considering matters such as patient confidentiality and ongoing policy development, as per the published Terms of Reference for STAC.
