Request
Currently primary schools are investing much time and significant resources on websites and web design. I'm trying to find out if this investment of resources is worthwhile.
How often is each school's website is being accessed each week or month? This could be expressed as an average number of 'hits' over time or as a yearly total per school. If possible, I would also like to know how often school websites are accessed by members of the public other than teachers.
Response
Primary school websites are hosted by various providers and the information held or available to each school varies. Unless otherwise stated, the table below is the information held on the total number of visits to each primary school website between 1 January to 22 January 2021. Information on the identity of the individual accessing the website is not held.
