I’m interested in all the information you have available in relation to the JFSC’s Investigations into the Jersey Property Funds commissioned by The Investment Company ‘Ready2Invest‘, from Brighton, Sussex, UK, under joint Directorship. I believe this is prior to 2008.

The States of Jersey Police do hold some intelligence relating to this matter however it is exempt from disclosure. To do so would be in breach of Article 34 of the Proceeds of Crime (Jersey) Law 1999.
