Request

A

Is the Government of Jersey (GOJ) using the Covid-19 pandemic scenario to usher in a Global Reset and the Fourth Industrial Revolution in line with the World Economic Forum's recommendations?

B

Is the Government deliberately skewing the Covid-19 statistics in order to produce a level of fear and compliance in the population in order to be able to implement it's Agenda 30 mandates?

C

Is the GOJ aware that the PCR test is not being implemented in line with the manufacturers instructions and inflating Covid-19 cases in order to justify lock down scenarios in Jersey?

D

Is the GOJ aware that to lie in answering this Freedom of Information Request will make them punishable under Common Law?

No, this is not the Government of Jersey’s intention.

The Notifiable Diseases (Amendment No. 2) (Jersey) Order 2020 was passed on 6th March 2020 and came into force the following day.

Jersey Legal Information Board

The Order added the virus COVID-19 to the list of notifiable diseases. The principle of a notifiable disease was established in the Public Health Law which was passed in 1934. The Law gives the Minister for Health powers to act in the case of an epidemic or imminent epidemic. He is entitled to take “all special and necessary measures to combat the disease.” He may by Regulations make provision for the purpose of preventing, protecting against, controlling or providing a public health response to the incidence or spread of infection or contamination in Jersey. COVID-19 has been declared a pandemic by WHO. This can be found on their website at the following link:

D

Yes; the GOJ abides by the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 which is designed to make the GOJ more accountable and transparent in the way it operates and makes decisions.
