Has the Planning Department, in the last 10 years, received an application in relation to Field 369 (the first field on the left in La Rue du Mont Capel, St Ouen).

If the answer to A is yes, please provide a copy of the application papers.

In the last several months, an old building in Field 369 has been restored. If there is no extant planning permit in relation to that restoration is an investigation or some other form of enquiry being carried out into potential unauthorised building work?

D

Also, in the last several months, there has been some excavation work in Field 369 in the footings of a derelict building (only one gable wall of the old building remains). If there is no extant planning permit in relation to that excavation work is an investigation or some other form of enquiry being carried out into potential unauthorised excavation/building work?

Planning and Building Control have not received any applications regarding Field 369 during the period requested.

We have not received any planning compliance reports from the public regarding this site within the last 10 years, therefore, we have not carried out any investigations.
