Please may you let us know if there has been any health and safety reports or breaches, or complaints to environmental health or public health about the Robin Hood takeaways situated at 3 Union Court and 10 Union Street.
Response
The following table provides the information requested in relation to the Robin Hood Takeaway sites.
We have provided information for the last two years since complaints are only retained on the Environmental Health database for two years unless they have led to a prosecution.
In relation to this response a breach is considered to have occurred when an officer identifies that a legal requirement has not been met.
