In respect of Senator Lyndon Farnham, please confirm if any correspondence (by email and / or formal letter) sent either to Ministerial colleagues on the Council of Ministers or representatives of external Governments or international organisations is held with respect to the following subjects:
(a) Alleged crimes against the Uyghur population in the People’s Republic of China
(b) Alleged crimes by the State of Israel in the West Bank
(c) Commercial whaling by vessels registered in Japan
(d) Commercial whaling by vessels registered in Norway
(e) Commercial whaling by vessels registered in Iceland
(f) Alleged breaches by the People’s Republic of China of the Sino-British Joint Declaration on the Question of Hong Kong
(g) Alleged human rights crimes committed by the Government of Qatar, and in particular those linked to the hosting of the 2022 football World Cup.
For clarity, I do not wish to see any correspondence at this stage. I simply wish to know if any correspondence exists.

(a) it is held by the authority, otherwise than on behalf of another person; or
(b) it is held by another person on behalf of the authority.
