How many members of the States Assembly / Ministers are classed as "Landlords". (ie own more than one property and therefore let out a property). Please provide as a headcount and percentage of total ministers who vote in assembly.

The information is exempt from disclosure as it is already in the public domain.
In accordance with Paragraph 7 of Schedule 2 to the Standing Orders of the States of Jersey, elected States Members are obliged to declare any land which they (or their spouse, civil partner or cohabitee) own or jointly own (including any land owned on their behalf) or land from which they derive an income. This obligation does not include declaring any land owned as their principal place of residence.
Any such declarations are included in Section 7 of the statement of interests made by all elected States Members. These statements of interests may be accessed on the dedicated webpage for each Member through the Members’ Page on the States Assembly website.
