Please confirm the following details for the Sameres Ward, The Poplars, William Knott Building and the Crematorium:
the date that each of these were built
the builder in each case
the original cost in each case
the dates of any alterations or refurbishments in each case
the builder in each case
the additional cost in each case
the square feet of each building
any terms and conditions attached to the gift of the William Knott building to the people of Jersey
Response
The States Greffe has undertaken a search of the former Committee minutes which it holds, but it has not been able to identify relevant information to provide a response to Parts one to seven of the request. Information is therefore not held and Article 10 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law applies.
The response, as per link below, to a previous Freedom of Information request addresses Part eight of this current request. As the information requested is accessible by other means, Article 23 of the Freedom of Information(Jersey) Law 2011 applies.

Article 10 - Obligation of scheduled public authority to confirm or deny holding information
(1) Subject to paragraph (2), if –
(a) a person makes a request for information to a scheduled public authority; and
(b) the authority does not hold the information, it must inform the applicant accordingly.
Article 23 - Information accessible to applicant by other means
Information is absolutely exempt information if it is reasonably available to the applicant, otherwise than under this Law, whether or not free of charge.
A scheduled public authority that refuses an application for information on this ground must make reasonable efforts to inform the applicant where the applicant may obtain the information.
