What is the average waiting time for a new consultation in each branch of dentistry (oral, orthodontics and children)? What is the longest period of anyone on the waiting list for each branch? What is the longest waiting time, for each branch, given to a patient or his / her parent / guardian?

What is the average waiting time for treatment? And what is the longest period on the waiting list for each branch?

How many children have received orthodontic treatment in each of the past three years?

The Hospital Patient Administration System records whether a patient is waiting for a new (first) appointment or a follow-up appointment but does not record if the appointment is specifically for assessment or treatment or both. On average, 33 dental outpatient appointments were attended per day in the last three months. This is calculated based on days the department is open rather than calendar days. Days where no patients are seen are excluded.
