A.
As it is impossible to guess how many of the people in the second list may have also featured on the first list, please state how many of the 10,089 people have been waiting longer than six months and how many have been waiting longer than one year?
B.
Please advise how many people received their first appointment during that period and how many of those were by telephone consultation?
C.
From the number of patients who received their first consultation by telephone, please advise how many have now actually received a face to face appointment?
