If an individual requiring long-term care is on income support, or a low income of below £30,000 and living in rented accommodation, how does that person access the Long-Term Care Scheme?
Is there alternative financial support for individuals rehabilitating following a stroke or other serious injury who are requiring long-term care but cannot afford to pay for it?
