*For 2019-2020, Health and Community Services is unable to verify the figures as some self-funded patients have moved off-island. We believe that the number of users within this time-period is at least six, and at the most eight.
As the numbers of users in 2021 and 2022 are small, disclosure control has been used to protect the privacy of patients, and therefore, we are showing the actual figure as fewer than five (<5). As such, Article 25 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 has been applied.

(1) Information is absolutely exempt information if it constitutes personal data of which the applicant is the data subject as defined in the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018.
(2) Information is absolutely exempt information if –
(a) it constitutes personal data of which the applicant is not the data subject as defined in the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018; and
(b) its supply to a member of the public would contravene any of the data protection principles, as defined in that Law.
