It was reported in December that the Jersey Lifeboat Association’s vessel the Sir Max Aitken III hit rocks near Noirmont while going to the aid of a yacht. If this incident was investigated and if a report exists of such investigation and if such report (if it exists) has been provided to the relevant Minister (Minister for Economic Development, Tourism, Sport and Culture) and is, therefore, held by a scheduled public authority then please provide a copy of that report.

Response

The investigation report in relation to the incident as described above is attached.
