There is no post in M&D of Head of Business Enablement.  The Business Enablement Team report into the role of Strategic Relationship Director. This request has been answered based on the assumption that the question refers to the post of Strategic Relationship Director, rather than Head of Business Enablement.

There have been no individuals recruited to the post of Strategic Relationship Director.

A large portion of the responsibilities of the post of Strategic Relationship Director have been covered through a service provision contract which enables access to a number of resources. This service provision is currently still in place and has been in place since 07 January 2020.  There were no commercial arrangements in place between 01 January 2019 and 06 January 2020.
