Request
Assuming that if someone being paid full time by the Government has a second job for which they are also paid, is in breach of their contract - please confirm how many staff who work at the central Education Department full time, have second jobs for which they are also paid.
Response
It has been concluded that the information, as requested, is not available centrally and would require manipulation of data. The Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 does not require a Scheduled Public Authority to manipulate data in order to provide a response. Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 therefore applies.
