Our Chief Minister, Deputy Kristina Moore was interviewed on BBC Radio 4's Woman's Hour by host Emma Barnett on Thursday 14th July. Can you tell me…
A 

Who instigated the interview? Was the interview requested by a States or Government official? If so who? Or did the request come from the BBC or one of their agencies?
B

If the request came from the BBC or one of their agencies, who at the Jersey end made the decision to accept the Woman's Hour interview invitation?
C

Was Chief Minister Moore offered any briefing or media training before being interviewed on a BBC National Radio Programme that's listened to by millions?
D

If no training was offered, will consideration be given to ensure all Jersey Ministers are suitably trained in preparation for such important broadcast interviews?

Can you please publish all internal and external emails (and any other correspondence) that took place between the Chief Minister, other Ministers, GoJ officials, staff and external consultants that involved discussions or comments about the Woman's Hour interview before, during and after the 14th July Programme.

The BBC provided an advance list of the topics it said the interview would focus on and the Chief Minister was briefed on the topics which were provided.

Article 25 - Personal information 

(1) Information is absolutely exempt information if it constitutes personal data of which the applicant is the data subject as defined in the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2005.

(2) Information is absolutely exempt information if –

(a) it constitutes personal data of which the applicant is not the data subject as defined in the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2005; and

(b) its supply to a member of the public would contravene any of the data protection principles, as defined in that Law.

3) In determining for the purposes of this Article whether the lawfulness principle in Article 8(1)(a) of the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018 would be contravened by the disclosure of information, paragraph 5(1) of Schedule 2 to that Law (legitimate interests) is to be read as if sub-paragraph (b) (which disapplies the provision where the controller is a public authority) were omitted.
