How many Jersey Higher or Further Education Students in the UK or overseas in receipt of Jersey student grant funding for education have failed to complete the studies for which they were granted funding? Please tabulate by academic / vocational subjects for the cohorts beginning in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019. Please also provide dropouts so far for the entries of 2020 and 2021. For each year please include in a final column/row the percentage that these non-completions form of the total of those funded from that year. In the other dimension row/column please list the percentages of drop outs by subject. Please, also, provide similar figures for Highlands College post 18, whether UCJ or otherwise, and for remote learning such as the OU, if this is relevant.
