Having seen the last freedom of information request for Jersey Mutual on the 5th of May 2022.
Is the investigation still in progress or has the investigation ended?
What were the findings, has anyone been prosecuted?
What date did the investigation start? How long can it take to prosecute / investigate a case.
Is the person or persons' that are being investigated still employed by Jersey Mutual. Not requesting names or numbers to be clear.

The previous Freedom of Information response referred to is as follows:

The case remains subject of a live investigation with significant progress being made since it first commenced on 29th August 2018. As it remains a live investigation, there are currently no findings or prosecutions.
There is no time limit for the length of any investigation, and it is not unusual for a complex investigation such as this to be so long running.
No person or persons under investigation are currently employed by the Jersey Mutual Insurance Society.
