Teaching Posts (FOI)

I looking to find out how many teaching posts are left unfilled (for the academic years 2012/13, 2013/14,2014/15, 2015/16).
I would like to know the number of post left vacant (including permanent posts that are filled temporarily by short term contracts, supply, temporary appointments).
It would be helpful to distinguish between Primary & Secondary as well as indicating specialist subjects are left vacant at Secondary level.

The Education Department has determined that this information is exempt under Article 16 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011, as it is estimated that it will take in excess of 12.5 hours to collect the information. 

Exemption
Article 16:  A scheduled public authority may refuse to supply information if cost excessive
(1) A scheduled public authority that has been requested to supply information may refuse to supply the information if it estimates that the cost of doing so would exceed any fee of an amount determined in the manner prescribed by Regulations for the purposes of Article 15.
