Please can you advise how much money was spent on consultants by the SoJ Human resources department in both 2014 and 2015?
How many days did each company/consultant work for?
And for what specific work was undertaken?

In 2014 the Human Resources Department engaged a total of 92.5 days consultancy services at a total cost of £55,050.
In 2015 the Human Resources Department engaged a total of 69 days consultancy services at a cost of £57,200.
A breakdown of the four suppliers utitlised, and the number of days they worked in the island on our behalf is shown in the table below.
Each of these suppliers is recognised for providing world class services.
KIS Solutions is a specialist which has been working with the States of Jersey for over three years. During this period they provided specialist performance management, reward and pay modelling consultancy services to assist in the design of the new reward structure and support the Workforce Modernisation project.
BDO is an International public accounting firm that carries out audit services on behalf of the States of Jersey. BDO was engaged to undertake an evaluation of the reward model used by the States of Jersey.
Aon Hewitt and the Hay group are leading global providers of Human Resource solutions. They were used to review the methodology used by the reward workstream. The Hay Group was also engaged to work with us in defining a new reward framework to apply to the Executive Pay group.
