A copy of a report prepared by Michael Parr for the States of Jersey on inflation. My source indicates that it is dated March 2000. It is referred to in the Anti-Inflation Strategy which was lodged au Greffe on 4/07/2000 by the Finance and Economics Committee (2000 P.125((see para 5 thereof). The Jersey Archive tells me that a copy may be found within D/G/A1/27/18/B/11:
Jersey Heritage catalogue (jerseyheritage.org)
(File of correspondence of the President of the Policy and Resources Committee relating to: nuclear issues, the Parr Inflation Report, planning applications, harmful tax competition, landing fees, milk, fisheries, the Waterfront leisure complex, e-commerce, telecommunications, schools, Jersey Consumer Council, cut flowers, Airport duty free facilities, a possible Standard & Poors rating for Jersey, the States of Jersey Website, outsourcing, the Financial Action Tax Force, Jersey Oxfam Group, Internet betting, the Island Plan review, and auditing).
Apparently, it has had a closure placed on it by the Chief Minister's Dept
