The number of police officers accused of sexual harassment in the past five years up to 2022.
C
The number of police officers presently suspended pending investigations for either sexual assault or sexual harassment.

The number of complaints made against police officers over the past five years for any act of sexual violence or harassment.

For 2020, both accusations were found to be unsubstantiated.
In 2021, one accusation was unsubstantiated and the second was substantiated and dealt with at a disciplinary hearing. That officer is no longer a member of the States of Jersey Police.

In 2021, the same officer, as mentioned in A above, and who is no longer a member of the States of Jersey Police faced two accusations. Both were substantiated.

One of the 2021 incidents involved one officer with three accusations / complaints made against them, this is the same officer as mentioned in A and B above. The additional one complaint in 2021 was unsubstantiated. The two complaints in 2020 were both unsubstantiated.
