Please provide a copy of the policy on how gender identity is handled in each of Jersey's publicly funded primary and secondary schools. This includes any policies covering the following:
A
The school's policy and or procedures for dealing with a girl or boy questioning their gender identity or declaring themselves as identifying as something other than their birth sex;
B
The school's policy and or procedures related to single sex spaces (locker and changing rooms, toilets) in the event of a trans-identified student;
C
The school's policy and or procedures related to female sports and sporting activities in the event of a boy identifying as a girl participating in sports, and whether that individual is given the opportunity to compete in female sporting events.

Article 23 - Information accessible to applicant by other means
(1) Information is absolutely exempt information if it is reasonably available to the applicant, otherwise than under this Law, whether or not free of charge.
(2) A scheduled public authority that refuses an application for information on this ground must make reasonable efforts to inform the applicant where the applicant may obtain the information.
