The States agreed that women's sanitary products (tampons and such) should be zero rated for GST.

Please confirm that online retailers that apply GST at point of sale will also be zero rating these products?

Response 

To date, legislation has not been brought forward on this matter. Any relevant legislation that is brought forward will apply to all retailers that are registered for GST, including online retailers.
