I would like to request the names, positions and salaries of HSSD management personal who are non-clinical/nursing i.e. those who are not directly responsible for patient care.
Response
We are unable to provide the names, positions and salaries of staff of management personnel within HSSD for the majority of staff. This information is exempt under Article 25 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 which is applied for this part of the question.
However, within the States of Jersey Financial Report and Accounts 2014, there is a section showing staff within the States of Jersey that earn more than £100,000 annually.

We are also unable to provide how personnel has changed over the past 12 years due to our data from our current HRIS system (Human Resources Information System) being implemented in 2007, and having accurate information from 2009 onwards.
For our analysis, we have classed any staff without responsibility for patient or client care, on a Civil Service Grade 10 or above as management personnel. The information shown below is as at 31 December 2009 to 2015, shown as headcount:
By spine code | 2009 | 2010 | 2011 | 2012 | 2013 | 2014 | 2015 |
