Please publish any email correspondence since 1 January 2022 from the Minister for Treasury and Resources or the Minister for Economic Development of any guidance or directions to the Jersey Competition and Regulatory Authority in relation to the authority's paid participation in golf events in Jersey.

Please publish any email correspondence since 1 Janaury 2022 from the Minister for Treasury and Resources or the Minister for Economic Development of any guidance or directions to the Jersey Competition and Regulatory Authority in relation to the authority's funding for those golf events (is it paid for from the £757,000 of government funding or from fees paid by industry?).

Searches were undertaken on the email accounts of the following for the period requested and no correspondence relevant to the request was found. Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.

For the purposes of this Law, information is held by a public authority if –

(a)     it is held by the authority, otherwise than on behalf of another person; or
