On average the parking bays range between 2.2 and 2.4 metres wide and next to a pillar between 2.17 and 2.4 metres. Average length is 4.9 metres.

On average the parking bays range between 2.2 and 2.4 metres wide and next to a pillar between 2.17 and 2.4 metres. Average length is 4.9 metres.
Minden Place was the first public multi-storey car park built in 1969 and due to the structural design, ie the position of structural columns, the size of bay provided on the outside perimeter is restricted. The inside perimeter and bays on the roof tend to be 0.1 metres wider.

Sand Street parking spaces are on average 2.4 metres wide and next to the pillars 2.25 metres wide. Average length is 4.9 metres.
Patriotic Street parking spaces are on average between 2.2 and 2.3 metres wide and next to the pillars 2.25 metres wide. Average length is 4.9 metres.
