Health and Community Services’ (HCS’) MRI scanners are both closed units. HCS’ Radiology Department do not hold any data for referrals made for open MRI scans to be performed elsewhere. Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.

Data is not available for projected future demand for MRI scans. A Scheduled Public Authority is not obliged to create or manipulate data for the purpose of responding to Freedom of Information requests. Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.
