Please advise if Customer and Local Services has the ability to block telephone numbers to stop unwanted telephone calls.  For example, spam calls or any other unwanted contact.

Response

Customer and Local Services does not have a process in place to block telephone numbers.  This would require a request through the Telecoms provider and there is no record held of this of this ever happening.​
