Please could you inform me whether personal data provided by an individual, to a department or administration of the States, is shared between each department or administration of the States as an asset right or liability.

Information is shared between States of Jersey departments or administrations of the States in accordance with the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2005 and any relevant Data Sharing Agreements.
