Please provide a copy of the 'change of use application' requested by the Proprietor on behalf of The Barkley Club operating in Field MN494, St. Martin.

Response

A planning application was submitted, P/2024/0019, seeking demolition of the existing equine building and replacing it with a daycare centre for dogs, which would constitute an application for change of use.

It should be noted that this application was refused and an Appeal has been submitted.
