Please provide copies of all email correspondence between Deborah Prosser and Lord Eatwell, the deputy chair and chair of the JFSC, and Senator Ian Gorst between March 2018 and August 2018 that mention or relate to the departure of former JFSC chairman John Harris. 

Please provide copies of all emails sent and received by Senator Gorst about the departure of Mr Harris to other Members of the States, JFSC representatives, and members of the States of Jersey Communications Unit.

Searches were run on the email account of Deputy Gorst using the search terms ‘Mr Harris’ and ‘John Harris’ and no correspondence relevant to the request was located. 

It is therefore concluded that the requested information is not held by the Government of Jersey and Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.

For the purposes of this Law, information is held by a public authority if –

(a)     it is held by the authority, otherwise than on behalf of another person; or

(b)     it is held by another person on behalf of the authority.​
