Please note the data within this extract is based upon information entered, by the schools, and processed by CYPES Informatics.
Exam results are counted for students who completed year 11 in 2024 and include qualifications taken in an earlier year (Year 8 to Year 10).
If a pupil has taken an examination more than once, only the result from the highest scoring entry is recorded within this extract.
Only GCSE’s that follow the 9 to 1 grading system that appear on the DfE / Jersey Approved Qualifications Lists have been included in these data sets.
Examination titles vary across the different examination boards and over time, the Education Department attainment database retains only a standardised form of the examination subject. An example of this would be: ‘Art & Design: Art Craft Design’, ‘Art & Design: Fine Art’, ‘Art and Design: Graphic Communication’ and ‘Art & Design: Textile Design’ which are all recorded under the one subject name of ‘Art & Design’.
2024 results are currently provisional as the appeal / resit period has not yet passed; therefore, results are subject to change.
The Department has determined that to provide the figures fewer than ten would likely breach the privacy of individuals therefore disclosure control has been applied under Article 25 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) 2011 Law. Percentages relating to figures fewer than 10 have been replaced with “-“.
Please see Table 5 for a percentage by GSCE grade and subject for Les Quennevais for school year ending in 2023.
