Please confirm how many islanders have accessed therapy via Jersey Talking Therapies each year for the past seven years, broken down by how many people accessed therapy sessions in-person and how many people accessed therapy sessions online.

Details of the number of cases open to Jersey Talking Therapies (JTT) each year, from 2020 to 2023, and from January 2024 to October 2024 (inclusive), are provided in the table below.
For ‘Numbers Treated’, the figures include anyone who was recorded as having at least one treatment session during the specified year / timeframe.
Treatment sessions may be provided in-person, over the telephone or online.

The requested JTT-specific service data for years prior to 2020 cannot be distinguished from the Psychological Assessment and Therapy Service (PATS).
Combined JTT and PATS referral data for 2018 and 2019 (from February 2018, when the reporting function was established), were published in a June 2022 Freedom of Information response, available on www.gov.je.
