Request

I would like to request copies of all email correspondence relating to Richard Corrigan's vote in an online Facebook poll to decide Jersey's ferry tender in October and November 2024, including between Corrigan and Minister Kirsten Morel, and Corrigan and other senior officials in the department.

I would also like to see all emails where his decision to 'step away' or stand down from the tender process was discussed and agreed.

Response

1. There was no email correspondence between Richard Corrigan and Minister Kirsten Morel or other senior officials in the department relating to Richard Corrigan’s vote in an online Facebook poll. Therefore, Government of Jersey does not hold the requested data and Article 3 of the freedom of Information Jersey (Law) 2011 has been applied.

2. There are 2 emails in scope of this part of the request and they are attached for reference.
