The information requested is exempt under Article 23 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 as the information is accessible within The Bridging Island Plan online proposals map linked below:

Petrol stations do not have safeguarding areas indicated in the Bridging Island Plan, and the safety of these facilities are managed under safety laws administrated by the Jersey Fire and Rescue Services;
Please note that Individual petroleum filling stations have their own electronic / hard copy of the hazardous area classification.
