Please tell me levels of PFAS in tap water (average) per year, starting from 1990.

The Government of Jersey do not hold information regarding the levels of PFAS in tap water; therefore, Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.

However some of the information requested can be found in the Jersey Water annual quality reports, which can be found in the link below:

Article 3 Meaning of “information held by a public authority” 

  For the purposes of this Law, information is held by a public authority if – 

(a)     it is held by the authority, otherwise than on behalf of another person; or
