Nursing vacancies (FOI)

I am writing to request details of the current level of nursing vacancies and the source of nurses for your hospital or Trust. I would like access to this information as part of my research for an educational project. Could I please ask you to complete the attached questionnaire and return it to me in the stamped addressed envelope provided within the statutory 20 days from the above date.

Answers have been written on the provided survey. The number of vacancies can change on a daily basis so the figures provided are a ‘snapshot’ of the situation on 28 June 2016.
