Higher education funding (FOI)

How many students from 2012 to 2015 applied to study at UK universities, but due to not receiving sufficient higher education grant to support that, have then studied on island instead? Or have not continued to study at higher education level at all?

Student Finance does not require reasons, and is not ordinarily advised, as to why students may make a change in the course to be studied, the university that they wish to attend or whether they decide not to attend.
