We would like to collect this list of reports that was released previously by the Department of the Environment following a Freedom of Information request, as follows:

As the list below has been previously released and we assume was in the public domain (or should have been) there should be no need for further requests. We have applied five times to the Department for Infrastructure following a promise from the Minister three weeks ago that we could have any data that we wished on this subject. But as yet, no data has come our way despite repeated requests. [His authorisation is on the attached document].

Response

The reports may be collected from the Reception at the Department for Infrastructure, Beresford House, Bellozanne Road, St Helier between 8.30am and 5.15pm Monday to Thursday and between 8.30am to 4.45pm on Friday. Please quote the Freedom of Information request reference.

However, the public authority does not hold information on the 2014 Cascade Consulting Report: Sea Lettuce St Aubin's Bay Cascade.
