Summary
Anti-social behaviour has a negative effect on the quality of life of a community and is a significant issue, particularly for the night-time economy. It has been an issue at the forefront of community safety in Jersey for a number of years.
This report provides an evidence-based approach to addressing anti-social behaviour. Officers from Home Affairs conducted primary and secondary research in order to build up a picture of anti-social behaviour in Jersey, what the issues are, who is involved and what resources we have available. This document reports on the findings of that research.
