Summary
Jersey's Multi-Agency Public Protection Arrangements (JMAPPA) were brought in when the Sex Offenders (Jersey) Law 2010 came into force in 2011. JMAPPA protects the public by reducing the offending behaviour of sexual and violent offenders.
The JMAPPA Annual Report for 2013 explains what JMAPPA is and how it works. It also provides details on the number of cases dealt with by JMAPPA during 2013 and contains details of the Child Sex Offender Disclosure Scheme which went live in 2013.
