​This report outlines the findings of an Ecological Assessment (for birds) at Grande Rousse (Les Ecrehous) and Les Maisons (Les Minquiers). This report has been commissioned by the States of Jersey Department of the Environment (Jersey Meteorological Department) to address Planning Condition 3 and 4 of the consented Planning Permits (P/2013/0090 and P/2013/0091) to erect a 10m wind mast both of these locations.
