​​A letter of advice concerning whether the JCRA might be able to manage the regulation of ferry services and a consideration of licensing, tendering and resource implications. Matters also covered are whether there were associated regulatory requirements for Jersey Harbours, relevant interim measures and whether additional powers might be needed.
