Summary
The Social Security and Health Insurance Laws require the Social Security Minister to appoint an actuary to carry out a review of the Social Security and Health Insurance Funds in advance of each medium term financial plan, or more frequently if the Minister requests. As requested, these reviews have been carried out as at Monday 31 December 2017, and include projections of Fund income, expenditure, reserves and contribution break-even rates for the coming decades.
