​​This report provides an independent assessment of the progress made at Jersey General Hospital in implementing the recommendations from Verita’s investigation into the care, treatment and management of Mrs Elizabeth Rourke. It follows the commitment made by the Minister of Health and Social Services to States members that Verita would conduct a progress review six months after publication of the original investigation report.
